Tenabo Update Article: NEPA Violated

     TEMOAK TRIBE - About.com has the article Mt. Tenabo Mining Update which begins "Over a year ago, members of the Western Shoshone tribe and an environmental group filed an appeal in the case of Nevada's Mt. Tenabo, where a mining company planned to dig for gold. Now, the 9th Circuit held that the Bureau of Land Management's approval of a project on sacred Indian land in Nevada violated the National Environmental Policy Act."
