Never-ending Barrick Cortez Hills Lawsuits
TEMOAK TRIBE - Mineweb has the report 9th Circuit rules on Cortez Hills-Pediment-Horse Canyon exploration plan which begins "The Bureau of Land Management, Barrick, environmental groups and the Te-Moak Tribe of the Western Shoshone all scored victories in a recent 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision concerning an amended exploration plan governing an area which contains the Cortez Hills gold mine."
