NATIONAL - The Billings Gazette has the article $3B Ruby Pipeline project set to begin in Oregon that begins "Work on the $3 billion Ruby Pipeline project is set to begin in Oregon soon after the first trainload of natural gas pipeline arrives in Lakeview near the California border."
