TEMOAK TRIBE - With the Te-Moak Tribe being granted the SORNA extension and lacking any tribal laws covering sex offenders, the tracking of sex offenders within the reservation is left to tribal members.
The Nevada Sex Offenders Registry and the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website are two places that can keep members of the tribe informed. This posting updates sex offenders who have addresses on the reservation.
Sex offenders who live on the reservation in Battle Mountain Band can be found here, in Elko Band can be found here and here, in South Fork Band can be found here, and Wells Band has none.
The information provided on the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website uses the information on the Nevada Sex Offenders Registry which only covers Tier 2 and Tier 3 offenders.
