ELKO COUNTY - The Las Vegas Sun has the article Nev. county board considering Ruby Pipeline issues that begins "Elko County commissioners are due to consider several issues related to a $3 billion natural gas pipeline that would cross the county as part of its 680-mile route from Wyoming to Oregon."
