NEVADA - The Las Vegas Review Journal has the report Group files lawsuit over Moapa dace that begins "Environmentalists have filed a lawsuit claiming the federal government is failing to protect the imperiled Moapa dace, a fish found only in the Moapa Valley Wildlife Refuge some 60 miles north of Las Vegas."
The press release for the Center for Biological Diversity identifies Julie Cavanaugh-Bill as one of the attorneys representing the Center.
