ELKO BAND - At the regular meeting on July 28, the Elko Band Council adopted Resolution No. 2010-EBC-34 which enacted a code of conduct policy for the Elko Band Council, Elko Band officers, employees and agents.
The policy "applies to all contracts for the procurement of equipment, supplies, services and construction entered into by the Band" and that "no employee, officer or agent of the Band shall participate directly or indirectly in the selection of, or in the award of, or administration of any contract if a conflict, real or apparent."
