NEVADA - The Wall Street Journal has the report El Paso Gets FERC Approval For 680-Mile Pipeline Project that begins "El Paso Corp. (EP) said Monday that it received approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to begin construction of its 680-mile Ruby Pipeline Project."
