TEMOAK TRIBE - The appeal of Davis Gonzales' employment lawsuit against the Elko Band Council will be heard in September in which he is seeking $200,000 in damages.
Along with the Premo vs. Elko Band Council case, the appeals court will also hear Ike vs. Stevens, an enrollment case, and Mendez vs. Te-Moak Housing Authority, an employment case.
The cases are scheduled for September at the Te-Moak courthouse.
