TEMOAK TRIBE - The Bureau of Indian Affairs has posted the September 30 report on the Western Shoshone claims.
The progress report shows that the BIA has received 9,108 applications and has made a decision on 4,281 of those application. Of those decided applications, 1,553 have been determined to be ineligible.
