Tribal Council Pushes For South Fork Recall Election

     TEMOAK TRIBE - The Te-Moak Tribal Council set a date for the South Fork Band recall election.
     The South Fork Band recall election process began when a recall petition was brought by voters of the South Fork Band to the Tribal Council.
     On Nov. 26, the South Fork Band Council had asked for, and was granted an injunction by Judge Bill Kockenmeister of the Te-Moak Tribe court halting the recall election process.  A hearing on the injuction is set for Dec. 19.
     The date set by the Tribal Council for the South Fork Band recall election is Dec. 11.
