Secret contract approved in Secret Meeting

Tribal Council - A secret contract for tribal chairman Davis Gonzales was shown at Monday's tribal council meeting.
At a secret closed meeting, the tribal council signed a contract to pay chairman Davis Gonzales $1,000 to speak to the mines and gave the chairman an open checkbook to spend up to $5,000 of tribal money without council approval.

Isn't the Te-moak Tribe already bought and sold by the mines? Or is this Davis being the mouthpiece puppet on behalf of the mines and how great of a relationship the mines have with the tribe? Goodwill ambassador perhaps.

This meeting should not have been behind closed doors. Public should have had an input on this. His followers probably all voted for it. We have one true council member on there!! We all kno who she is.....
