TEMOAK TRIBE - The Elko Daily Free Press updates their article Cortez Hills Can Keep Mining which begins "U.S. District Court Judge Larry Hicks is allowing Barrick Gold of North America to continue mining at Cortez Hills while the U.S. Bureau of Land Management completes additional analysis of the project as ordered by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals."
