ELKO BAND - Yesterday the Elko Daily Free Press had the article Court Date Set For Accused Colony Stabber which begins "An Elko man who was charged with assault with a deadly weapon Jan. 6 shall stand trial Aug. 3 in the federal court in Reno. The trial for Terry Dale Jones Jr. is set to go four to five days before Judge Robert Jones."
On January 6, Terry Dale Jones Jr. was indicted by the federal grand jury with the count of assault with a dangerous weapon.
