Exclusion hearing outcome

Te-Moak - As posted before, the tribal council held a meeting to exclude a resident of Battle mountain band.
The Gonzales council told Ruth Burton to get off the reservation by the end of the week.  Sex offenders still a-ok.

More details! What is the council reasoning behind it? How does each council member justify their personal vote. Love to hear it.It's real cool for that joke of a council to throw around their weight in a situation like this but they don't have to balls to do anything about real criminals on the rez. They don't have the balls to stand up to the mines and we all know each time Davis and crew leaves a meeting with mining representatives they are laughed at as soon as they leave the room.

Ladies and Gentlemen: The Tribal Council and their administration have now extended their "exclusion" enforcement to all non-Facebook users. The tribal Facebook page is now for facebook users only. Not all tribal members have a facebook account and others don't want one but still want to see what is going on with the tribe with upcoming events or announcements. At a certain age and maturity level a person doesn't a facebook account. Is the Te-Moak Tribal Administration going crazy or what? Do they want Te-Moak to become a closed society? Whatever they are doing they keep getting weirder and weirder.
