USFWS to Hold Meeting Nov 3 on Ruby Lake Refuge

     ELKO COUNTY - The Reno Gazette Journal has the article New plans for Ruby Lake Refuge that begins "The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has scheduled a public meeting in Elko this week to gather input as it prepares a new 15-year management plan for the Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge."
