DOJ Issues Release On Elko Co. Ballots To Oversea Citizens and Military

     ELKO COUNTY - The Department of Justice press release reports Elko County did not send in time absentee ballots to Nevada voters living overseas who had requested ballots.  The Nevada Secretary of State has adopted an emergency regulation to provide an additional six days for those 34 voters to return their ballots.
