Band Council Removes Non-Members

     ELKO BAND - At the last meeting, Elko Band Council made the decision to remove two non-members from Elko band.
     Amber Bounds and Mark Ferguson were the two non-members that Elko band removed
     On June 21, Amber Bounds pleaded guilty to a federal charge of misdemeanor assault by striking, beating, or wounding in an incident that occurred on the Elko band colony.
     On June 23, Mark Ferguson was charged with a federal charge of misdemeanor assault that in an incident that occurred on the Elko Band colony.
