New Tribal Council Member Sworn In

     BATTLE MOUNTAIN BAND - Richard Smith, Battle Mountain Band Council member, was sworn in as the newest member of the Te-Moak Tribal Council.  Smith replaces Lorrie Carpenter as the Battle Mountain Band representative.
