OREGON - Oregon Public Broadcasting has the report Court Denies Request To Halt Pipeline Construction that begins "The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has denied a request to halt construction of a 670-mile natural gas pipeline being built between Malin, Oregon and Opal, Wyoming."
