TEMOAK TRIBE - The Bureau of Indian Affairs is still projecting Feb. 2011 as the release date for the Western Shoshone claims partial payment for those eligible for the partial payment.
The BIA requests that any person participating in the partial payment to be sure that the BIA has their current address on file with the the Regional office.
To update your address, contact the BIA no later than Jan. 14, 2011 at - Western Shoshone Project - PO Box 3838 - Phoenix, Arizona 85004-3838.
Any person who has an incorrect address will be designated as "whereabouts unknown" and will have their funds placed in an IIM account.
