NEVADA - The Wyoming Business Report has the article Ranchers protest Ruby Pipeline's deal with environmentalists that begins ""If I’d known Western Watersheds was going to get $15 million to buy out my grazing permits I’d have never agreed to the pipeline right-of-way," said Nevada State Sen.
