BLM Impounds Horses At Nevada-Utah Border

     NEVADA - The Reno Gazette Journal has the article BLM to impound 175 estray horses near Nevada-Utah line that begins "State and federal officials have announced plans this weekend to impound about 175 horses near the Nevada-Utah line that are believed to be strays or descendants of horses abandoned by private owners over the years."
