TE-MOAK TRIBE - Cases decided at the Te-Moak Court on May 17.
-Andrew Abel pled guilty to the charge minor in possession and was sentenced by Judge Bill Kockenmeister to 10 days in jail, pay a $150.00 fine, and 60 days probation.
-Michael Jackson pled guilty to the charge of driving with a suspended license and was sentenced by Judge Bill Kockenmeister to pay a $50.00 fine.
-Stanley Nez pled guilty to charges of assault and criminal mischief and was sentenced by Judge Bill Kockenmeister to 6 months in jail, concurrent, and 6 months probation.
-Terry Penola pled guilty to the charge of minor in possession and was sentenced to pay a $50.00 fine.
-Emerson Winap pled guilty to the charge of domestic violence and was sentenced by Judge Bill Kockenmeister to one year in jail, suspended, pay a $300.00 fine, and 6 months probation.
