Elko Motocross and Tribal Conveyance Act Introduced to House

     ELKO BAND – Wednesday, Rep. Dean Heller introduced H.R. 5416, the Elko Motocross and Tribal Conveyance Act, to the House of Representatives and it was referred to the House Committee on Natural Resources. The bill requires the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain Federal land to Elko County, Nevada, and to take land into trust for the Te-moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada, and for other purposes.
