TEMOAK TRIBE - The Te-Moak Tribal Council is currently reviewing two draft ordinances for possible passage at the August meeting.
The first draft ordinance is an election ordinance which enters its second month of review by the public. The draft ordinance is an old ordinance once passed by tribe in 1999. If the ordinance is again adopted by the Tribe, it would replace the election ordinance passed in 2003.
The second draft ordinance under review is an ethics ordinance. This ordinance would apply to only to current tribal council and band council members.
