Band Council Proposes Banishment Ordinance to Tribal Council

ELKO BAND - The Elko Band Council has had legal counsel review the proposed banishment ordinance and will submit its version to the Te-Moak Tribal Council. The proposed ordinance will allow the Tribe to banish tribal members from tribal lands.
